How every recommendation earns its place

Vantis follows the same structured decision process. No black boxes. No unexplained conclusions. Every material finding can be traced to the evidence and reasoning behind it.

Phase 01

Diagnose

Every Assessment begins with you: your role, your organization, the decisions you face and the realities in which they must be made. Vantis builds a complete picture of your environment before forming any conclusions.

  • Your Organization — Builds a picture of your technology environment, operating model and existing investments.
  • Your Situation — Accounts for the pressures, constraints, capacity and decisions already in motion.
  • Your Priorities and Position — Understands what matters to you and how you currently see the position.
The result is an organization-specific starting point built around your reality—not a generic profile.

Phase 02

Reason

Vantis then examines the questions that matter in your situation. Each material question is considered independently, with the evidence for and against it tested before the wider picture is formed.

  • Questions Assessed Independently — Each material question is examined through its own Question Card, so your organization is not flattened into a single score.
  • Evidence For and Against — The analysis considers what supports, challenges or limits each conclusion.
  • Connections Across Your Program — Domain Synthesis identifies concentrations, dependencies, contradictions and trade-offs across the completed analysis.
The result is a coherent decision picture that preserves the important differences within your program.

Phase 03

Validate

Before anything reaches you, the grounding, reasoning and limitations behind the analysis are checked. Conclusions are challenged to ensure they are specific to your organization and supported by the available evidence.

  • Grounding and Source Checks — Material claims are checked against the information you provide and relevant external authority.
  • Uncertainty and Limitations Made Clear — You can see what has been established, what remains unresolved and where the evidence has limits.
  • Independent Quality Review — Each conclusion is challenged before it enters your Assessment.
You receive an Assessment whose important conclusions can be understood, challenged and defended.

From Validated Findings to Decisions

Validation is the threshold. Validated findings are translated into practical outputs: risk concentrations, investment posture, trade-offs, sequencing plans and board-ready narratives — all grounded in your specific environment.

The Picture Sharpens Over Time

Every engagement includes a six-month Progress Assessment. Vantis returns to measure what has changed, what has emerged, and where priorities should evolve. The longer you work with Vantis, the sharper and more contextual the intelligence becomes
